In 2007, Lisa Heggie and her family returned to Australia after 10 years in the UK. On arrival, she immediately understood that personal sun protection is an everyday necessity and not a luxury.

As a mother of bike-loving kids, Lisa could not find a product that provided her family with sun protection while wearing their helmets. From this small personal need, the seed for an idea was planted and Lisa set about creating the unique range of Treadley Helmet Hats.
