PALMER Coolum Resort will host another high profile delegation of Chinese officials today (Thursday) after glowing reports from the group who visited the Coolum landmark last month.
Focussed on a fact-finding mission surrounding landscape planning and cultural tourism, the 25-strong group from Henan Province will be given a guided tour of the resort along with information packs and talks from Palmer Coolum Resort's team of experts.
Of particular interest to the delegation is how the resort's championship golf course has been incorporated into the natural environment, and indeed how the landscape was utilised to sculpt the features of the course.
The travelling party is again hosted by Get Media, the online information sharing community who have hosted over 20 similar international forums in the past year.
Included in today's group are vice-mayors, deputy director generals, chief executives and directors of planning from various towns and organisations within the province.
